Meet the Teacher
A Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher with an MSc in Occupational Psychology, Hannah seamlessly blends mindfulness practices and professional growth. With a profound understanding of the mind-body connection, Hannah champions the transformative power of yoga and meditation to enhance physical and mental resilience, both personally and professionally.
After completing her degree in Psychology, Hannah spent many years travelling and practising yoga around the world before embarking on an 800 hour Yoga Teacher Training course in Australia. After several years of teaching, Hannah recognised the far-reaching challenges faced by individuals working in high-stress environments and deepened her commitment to sharing the benefits of yoga.
Driven by a desire to create widespread, meaningful change, she pursued an MSc in Occupational Psychology. Hannah’s unique combination of expertise in yoga instruction and understanding of psychosocial risks within the workplace makes her a valuable asset for organisations seeking to uplift the wellbeing of their employees, and in turn their organisation.

Group sessions designed to support your employees’ wellbeing. Encourage your team to get up and move their bodies to improve strength, flexibility and mobility, contributing to overall better physical health. Increased energy
The dynamic movements of yoga increase blood flow throughout the whole body, which helps to reduce fatigue and energise us!

Yoga is shown to reduce levels of the stress hormone cortisol, and consequently the negative effects stress can have on our mental and physical health.

Duration: 6 x 40 minute classes, over 3 or 6 week period.

Online classes can accommodate up to 12 people. Multiple classes can be booked for larger organisations.
Single sessions can also be arranged.
Private 1:1 sessions
If you are not sure where to begin on your yoga journey, want to work on something specific, or do not feel comfortable partaking in group classes, 1:1 sessions could be just what you need. Personalised yoga classes designed to suit your individual interests, experience, body and schedule. After taking time to get to know you and your goals, Hannah will design a yoga program as unique as you, and you can meet in person or via Zoom at a time that fits in with your life.
